Who we are...
Black Shirt Services is a community-based provider of services for individuals with disabilities. We are contracted with the Utah Division of Services for People with Disabilities, serving individuals throughout the state of Utah.
Host Home
We believe the Host Home setting can be a more therapeutic and enriching family-like atmosphere, compared to a traditional group home setting. Our Host Homes provide consistent support suited to the client’s personality and preferences. Clients are individually matched with a Host Home family equipped to provide adequate supervision and handle any medical and behavioral needs.
Day Program & Summer Program
Our community-based day program and summer program offer a variety of activities tailored to our clients’ interests and needs, helping them to step out of their comfort zone and gain new experiences. We provide safe and reliable round-trip transportation from clients’ homes to activities throughout the community.
